In accordance to our Green Policy of fair usage, we removed the fixed electric fare from the rate. Electric for this unit is paid sepparately to encourage the fair use of electric and A/C. 40kw per day are included, the surplus is paid separately.

What would you highlight about Plaza Paraiso by Riviera Rentals
Definitely worth it if you need parking.
The location was Great! Parking works out so well in this area. Parking was convenient and located right downstairs. The pool was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants nearby. Quite at night. It's on a decently busy street but that did not bother me as I booked it knowing I will be in the city. The condo is Large and has a Good amount of space. Plenty of room to sit, lounge, and eat. I specifically chose this home because I needed a 2 bedroom with parking and it worked out well for me.
Beds were a little hard for my liking but that's just personal preference.
